A GREAT START TO THE DAY
The lake is at its very best early in the day, it is usually at its most calm and we rarely
see another craft except the occasional char fisherman. It is a great time for seeing wildlife and for getting the real 'feel' of the Lake before the rest of the world gets up!
CRUISE ONLY
We can run private Early Morning Cruises on any day of the week. The time is up to you,
we do not normally start before 8.00 am - although in mid-summer you can get us out of bed before that! We can run from any jetty, but most people find Coniston Boatlandings to be the most convenient. We recommend a maximum of 35 people.
Fares for a one hour cruise are:
1 to 12 people £100.00
13 to 20 people £140.00
Over 20 at an extra £3.00 per person
BREAKFAST AS WELL?
You can combine an Early Morning Cruise with breakfast at the Waterhead Hotel - see lake map -, where there is plenty of parking.
You can either sail with us at 7.45 am and return for breakfast at 8.45 or you can have breakfast beforehand and sail with us at about 9.00 am.The hotel cannot manage more than 20 people for breakfast so that is the maximum number that we can carry on this cruise.
